Notice of Dispute

Resolution Process

If we agree to mediation, it will take place in Oakville, Ontario, Canada with a mutually selected mediator. Costs will be split equally between the parties.
Litigation
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally or through mediation, it may be brought before the courts of Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Each party agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Time Limitation
Any dispute must be commenced within two (2) years of the cause of action arising.
